I had a water treatment plant installed a year ago. I have had nothing but problems. I have spent thousands on trying to rectify the problems. I have had go tankers out to the house on more than 10 occasions. They have offered no fix or solution and are now ignoring me and the problem. I cannot warn you enough. I will be having the whole tretament plant replaced and and seeking damages Service: Garbage disposal installation

After a site visit for a new soak-away to a privately owned road, which seemed very positive, I have waited over six weeks for a quote. I have contacted the office numerous times but the surveyor who it seems is freelance has not supplied a quote or answered my calls. I could not recommend this company as they seem totally unreliable.

Seven years ago I reviewed Go Tankers and gave them four stars, today I give them one star. They have become expensive and requiring money upfront and on the phone within ten minutes after the engineer left for payment of a new pump. In total I paid over 500. I was made aware when I complained about how unprofessional this tactic is that my custom is not valued anyway, if Go Tankers treat all loyal customers this way then they have a problem. Go Tankers has seriously gone downhill in my estimation, and after using them for many years I will now find a friendlier more polite and professional outfit for future tank emptying/servicing/repairs.
