I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Absolutely diabolical service. I purchased a onewheel for my son, which took months to receive, then didnt work and took further months to correct. Finally received a working unit and then received a bill from FedEx for import duty which I have already paid to Ev-Tek. I have contacted them many times and they do not bother responding. Avoid at all costs. These guys are so unprofessional!!! Still not resolved!

I am extremely delighted to have EV -Tek literally just down the road from where I live as theyre the only shop I know of that not only sell awesome high end e-scooters that you can Test Ride but they also sell some of the very top end e-scooters on the market that are absolute monsters of a machine! Theyre situated right next to a highly Professional well established Go Karting Track too which they have access to and will often allow you to test ride a scooter on to get a full hands on user experience! They also do full repair and servicing work on all types of E-Scooters! I took my Viper Blade 2000w 60v E-Scooter to EV-Tek to get it back up and running after getting a Puncher on the rear tyre and the guys here soon replaced the puncher and got me all back up and running in no time at all with great friendly and Professional advice and knowledge! I will absolutely recommend EV-Tek as a one stop place for everything involving E Scooters and I feel rest assured and privileged to have a shop like this very close to my house should I run into any problems with my scooter or wish to upgrade to something more superior in the near future!
