Delivery driver didn't take picture with open door . Claimed it was delivered, but either it wasn't or someone stole it . Why couldn't DPD contact the Driver again ? They said they did on Thursday! Left instructions with my phone number, but he never called me . Amazon have to launch investigation that could take 6 days ! Not happy as 250 spent and no item to enjoy !

The worst experience ever, I had my phone stolen 2 weeks ago along with everything else. its taken me 2 weeks to finally be able to buy a new phone which I need ASAP. I was assured next day delivery, and for sure I got a text telling me when my parcel was being delivered. No one came during this time period and I got another message saying that there was just a slight delay. This whole time I was checking the drivers location. HES WAS PARKED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT FOR 30 MINS. He then proceeded to take a photo of where he was parked send it to me saying sorry, we missed you. This photo was taken 5 minutes away from my house!!! But Muhammad was too lazy to finish the job! I now have to wait till Monday, muhammad is the biggest inconvenience known to man right now in my opinion.

Utterly useless , tried to track my parcel on the email they sent me and was told that my parcel was now being returned to the supplier . Unable to get DPD to stop the process or help in any way . Utter dissappointment .

Was waiting for parcel your driver rang the buzzer then completely ignored me asking him to pull the door and come to the top floor.then I see him pick up said parcel and walk away in the 10 seconds it took me to run down to him he was in his van and gone even worse today my partner rang customer services and waited for 45 minutes for someone to answer and when put through to a person the dpd staff said they had another customer waited and could we ring back because of your incompetent staff our plans for today are being delayed even further because of the fact we are still waiting for our parcel I gather this incompetent behaviour runs right through DPD shocking company

Over two weeks and still my parcel hasnt been delivered. You make a phone call once you find a phone number and told they cant help you. Keep tracking your parcel. Never again will I use them. Do not use this company. Utter rubbish
