Good service and installers were very efficient and tidy. They came at the times they said and were helpful and polite. Any questions we,ve had since have been answered straight away and they are always ready to help. Modern stoves not so good as the older ones were.

Excellent service from the quote to installation. Very good customer service and attention to details. Justin was very professional and advised us what would be the best stove to get as we didn't want major building works and could not have freestanding one. The installers Michael and Kev were pleasant to have around, professional and very tidy. We provided our own slate surround which proved difficult to install but the guys tweaked few things to make it possible. Showroom has good selection of accessories and log baskets at very reasonable prices.

It was a hectic week with them sometimes working under difficult circumstances. Michael, Kiwi and Harry were all great guys. All left clean and tidy and all very helpful. Very pleased with it all. Many thanks all.
