The Old Barn Bed & Breakfast

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Northumberland with views towards the coast. Holy Island & Dunstanburgh. Heather was a wonderful host. Our room was well equipped and breakfast was served to us in our room. A real treat. Due to the properties age it was warm through the night, something Heather warned us might be an issue. We had a family wedding to attend at Doxford and this was an ideal place to stay.

Just returned from our stay at The Old Barn Heather was a perfect host. Our room was perfect clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. She give us a telephone number for a taxi service as we were going to Ellingham Hall for a wedding and Nigel our driver was on time taking us and picking us up. Thank you once again Heather for a lovely stay will definitely book again. Xx

I was really nervous about going here as I'm scared of dogs and they have 2! But Heather was absolutely wonderful during our stay and ensured that I never even saw the dogs whilst I was there. Guest accommodation is downstairs and Heather & Family live upstairs - in this gorgeous converted barn. Heather gave us a warm welcome and really went out of her way to ensure our time with her was relaxed and enjoyable. A real home from home. Breakfast was amazing! The room was amazing! Heather was amazing! You can see how much Heather loves welcoming guests into her home. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend & would definitely stay again if ever up that way.
