Diabolical in keeping bidders updated. Offered asking price on a property. Only then to find it's been readvertised as a different lot without being informed. Lack of professional courtesy. Hope homeowners are aware of the dreadful communication.

Halls have been wonderful to deal with throughout our search for a new home in Shropshire. All dealings with staff are thoroughly professional and Jo has been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout. She responds to emails even when on holiday and she's been excellent at getting answers to all of our questions and liaising with solicitors. Jo has looked after us so well and she clearly cares about the buyers as well as the vendors. We can't fault the service we've received and we can't recommend Halls highly enough.
