        Rooms: Very warm, also very clean. Nearby activities: Plenty of things to do and see ina wonderful part of the world. Food & drinks: Very helpful bar staff and an excellent selection of drinks.

        I've had numerous drunken outings here over the years. However I haven't been in for years. I was stunned by the changes, it's totally different since the very thorough modernisation and refurbishment. It's got plenty of choices of beers and the bar was busy. I tried several different ales and enjoyed myself that much that I can't remember leaving. Very good, well done to the people involved I like it.
