Arrived as agreed on time and set to work straight away. Jobs completed were radiator supply/fit, shower fit, kitchen tap supply/fit and combi boiler service. Good communication from my first contact message and afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work (as I wasn't on site when it was done). Avoid! Fitted our radiators and did a boiler service. One of the radiators has been constantly leaking, he came back a few times to tighten it and when that hasn't worked said he was going to have to come and take it apart. Made an appointment for him to came back and he never showed, has basically been ghosting all of my messages and ignoring me. We recently had some problems with the boiler too, so I got a different plumber to sort it and have a look at the radiators since I didn't want to keep trying to get Ellerker back. The new plumber fixed the boiler and cleaned the condenser - he said the guy who did the service (Ellerker) didn't which is a red flag. He also fixed every single radiator and all had a little leak. He also said that installer (Ellerker) had used paste to seal the threads which is totally wrong. You use PTFE tape for threads not paste. Hence the leaks... EDIT: There may have been some clutter in the spare room but definitely nowhere else, the spare room had some stuff we were storing in there. You're a barefaced liar and wish I'd never given you a penny. No my husband did not touch the radiator at all, we told you we didn't want to mess with it ourselves, but i did ask if it was something he could do himself since I'd had such trouble getting you to come back and fix it. You're just spouting lie after lie. You didn't turn up when you said you would, I have message after message showing that. You did also message me to say you had been and we weren't in, when we had never even told you we would be in, so how is that my fault? Also how does one faulty valve explain all of the radiators installed leaking???? The new plumber also said there should be no way there would be that kind of build up after 10 months alone. Absolute cow boy. Lesson learned.
