Lovely hosts, really helpful. Rooms are well furnished, modern and clean. Plenty of nice touches such as homemade flapjacks in the room. Eco products in use which is excellent. Breakfast really good. Honesty bar and lovely seatting area overlooking the gardens and nice products to buy in little area by check in. Will be visiting again!

The care, thought and style that have gone into this place is simply astounding. We wanted to move in. Everything is impeccably tasteful and every convenience and amenity is provided (including the opportunity to sample a wee dram in the dining room before settling in.) Breakfast was the best of our entire trip. The owners are gracious, friendly and super helpful. Absolutely first rate all round - really sorry we could only stay the one night.

The young couple at Lancaster Barns have created an oasis just off the M6. We didn't have the supper that was offered on their website, but chose instead to eat at a local pub. After a super comfortable night's sleep and a great shower, we came down for breakfast. The quality of the breakfast has made us think that next time we stay we'd book in for supper. The gardens, market garden and herb garden are delightful. Well done!

Outstanding stay at Lancaster Barn. The interior is contemporary, Scandi design and is stunning. Every piece of furniture, wall art, the aroma of aery candles and the warm welcome of the owners sets the scene for a wonderful stay. My room was very comfortable, with lovely view of the apple orchard, refreshments, fresh flapjack and hand picked apples. Lots of luxury touches and beautiful toiletries. The property is immaculate. Breakfast was a selection of granola, yogurts, fresh fruits and toast and a range of hot options. The quality of produce was outstanding. The only negative was that I only booked one night!
