Firebelly Stoves

Had the pleasure of dealing with this family run business whilst choosing a double sided wood burner. I had many questions and my emails were responded to promptly. I also asked for some design modifications which were accommodated. I have not used the stove yet as mid summer but it looks stunning! Love the huge glass windows and contemporary design.

Had a fb2 double-sided gas stove fitted in August 2020 and have had numerous severe wind noise issues since. Have tried to speak to firebelly technical dept on a number of occasions but my calls have not been returned and found their customer service dept totally unhelpful. As a result I am in the process of removing the stove and installing a multifuel stove which I had previously with no issues. If you reside by the coast or in areas which are susceptible to wind I would avoid purchasing this particular item

Great family company, always helpful but need to call them every 3-5 years when we replace the Liner kit of our FB1 stove. The stove itself is great, easy to use and yes the cool handle really is, no glove required!!

If you are in the market for a gas stove such as the FB2 version DO NOT BUY ONE, I did and am extremely disappointed with it. The flame and effect is pathetic, the heat is unnoticeable and frankly Firebelly are not interested. The picture they illustrate the stove with is in no way similar to what you will get. Buy yourself half a dozen tealight candles and get a better effect, flame and warmth. My worst investment in a decade. Mine will be ripped out after Christmas. Further to your reply, never once have I ignored your reply, replies or indeed any phone call from your company. Look again at your emails and it is clear you washed your hands of the matter!!
