Waited well over a month for flue parts and 1 part was missing. Took weeks of constant chasing up to get the missing part. Better off going to modern stoves. Cheaper and next day delivery.

If customer service is important to you, stay away from this company, I placed 2 previous orders with them and wanted more goods, I was ill advised over the telephone and when the 3rd order arrived it was wrong I was told I had to pay the return carriage and when they received the goods back I received an email stating it should have been sent to a different address and I had 30 days to collect the items or they would be scrapped, they also said the items were not in original boxes, I admit they were not, but they were in stoves r us boxes and they were packaged well. I am over 200 out of pocket and they have received orders from me for almost 1000!
