        Ordered a fire in white. Collected it from Elland. When we got home it was the wrong item. We had to take it back and we are waiting delivery of the correct item. I wouldn't mind but from where we live it's a 40 mile round trip. So today I've driven 80 miles for absolutely nothing. Furniture 123 customer service is appalling. It wasn't the staff at the Elland collection point at fault, it was the main warehouse and customer services on the phone.
