Bought a car at the start of December about 4 months ago now, within a week the car needed a new battery and id found a slow puncture on one of the rear tyres. Engine Warning lights and Service EMF lights have also come on within this last week. Lads at the dealership themselves was good to deal with but apart from that not too much to add.

I bought there a car. The car 7 days a go wasn't pass M.O.T. Seller didn't take my call,didnt ansver for my emails. Bad experience. After two mons there RJ car sales made comment for my feedback.: I have not record,I am been sometimes a customer. Lier! I still have the Vauxhall astra from there,and they did not yet paid me some back.And i havent any comunication with him. Scamer.

Stay away from this dealer I have been looking for car and found a car that seemed quite cool and then paid deposit and admin fees (which for second hand car was probably the most expensive Ive ever seen), anyway ordered the car and wanted to test drive it but the dealer said car was in repairs so I wasted over 2 hours of travel and then had to get back on another day and this time the dealer claimed there was no fuel so had to pay for it myself, and in the meantime waited for over 2 hours so they could wash the vehicle, very bad planning and management from the dealer! And he didnt even bother about any of the inconveniences hes caused, the dealer lied about lots of things with the vehicle including MOT having no advisories etc (uses clever deceptive tactics to lure people into buying) and doesnt listen to the customers concerns at all! Never ever going back to this place and will never recommend anyone to buy anything here, pure scum

15.1.23 took a car for a short test drive as very little fuel in. Purchased the car 5 minutes later oil warning light came on. Rang Dealership told car had been stood a while to carry on driving it would go off. Arrived home an hour later still on. As Peugeot 207cc has a roof that folds down pressed the button it went down but would not go back up! Rang Dealership told to ring AA (Warranty that not told about was with RAC). AA got roof back up but not engaged told to take back to Dealership a s.a.p. 16.1.23 engine oil pressure light came on and kept beeping. 17.1.23 engine management light came on. Took car back to Dealership left voicemail saying returning car as not fit for purpose and wanted full refund. 18.1.23 emailed company reply was refund policy is within 30 days. 7.2.23 I work have no car and still no refund I do not find that acceptable.
