Very good visit today to their large industrial warehouse, lots of good value types of coal, proper high quality coal not the DIY store kind. Burns better and longer and cheaper. The young guy was extremely helpful and made the visit.

Been using this company for a few years now and can honestly say they are BRILLIANT. From placing the order to delivery, every staff member is polite & helpful. We were recently caught out and almost out of fuel. I rang on Wednesday and against the odds & snow! they actually managed to deliver the next day. Thank you to all the team at Ace Energy Elland - you are FANTASTIC

Former customer here, as of today. After spending years as loyal customer I rang on August 31st to place an order for some Multiheat which cost almost 500 the last time I ordered it. I was informed that the person who does the pricing was on holiday and would be back in a couple of weeks. I rang on September 9th and my details were taken and I was told that somebody would ring me back. INo calls have been received so I rang today, September 30th. At first I was told that the person who does the pricing was on holiday, I pointed out that she was on holiday when I rang in August. I was then told that the person who does the pricing was part time. I pointed out that I had called and was expecting a call back. Then the lady on the phone said that she could only do orders in 25kg bags and that she couldn't do orders with bags of 50kg. It also transpired that the person who could do the 50kg bag orders was skydiving today. If anybody at Ace Energy can be bothered I suggest that you calculate the cost of 18 50kg bags of Multiheat so that you have a good idea of how much of my money will be given to a different supplier. Fobbing people off is a skill that your receptionist hasn't mastered.

This company is a con. Its not a slanderous comment, again bought your coal from outside supplier in queensbury thinking you might have changed but you haven't. So anybody buying there product just check the weight then weight the dust, 25kg green duckeggs 4.2kg off dust in the bag in weighed it, iv now reported them for fraudulently selling under weight. Let them go get a bag and see for themselfs.
