This is just a quick note to say how grateful we are as a family to Craig who responded to our issue with our house alarm over the Ester bank holiday. Firstly, he came out at 2am on the morning of Bank Holiday monday to replace parts after our Alarm was sounding randomly. He then followed this call out with a telephone call a few hours later to arrange a backup visit to our home to replace our outside box and bell system and completely fix the issue. His manner was professional throughout and worked rapidly without issue. He then provided us with a thorough breakdown of the issue once he had replaced all parts and rectified the problem, which we greatly appreciated and provided us with peace of mind.
