        Had a build up of parcels due to Royal Mail strike. Went to drop off in Elland but they werent happy to take them in. Wanted them leaving out in the open where anyone could pick them up and walk out rather than put them in the back where theyre supposed to go. Use them for convenience but will go elsewhere, where theyre actually grateful to receive them! Always find them rude and unaccommodating.

        Ordered some trainers and post office gave a drop off shop location didn't tell me it costs to do it went for the parcel said I owed money to be able to take it needs to be paid. Already paid for delivery with the shop I bought the items who paid for royal mail to do a service.
