She is very knowledgeable, really friendly, helpful and motivational. Its early days for me but I am confident that I will make sustained changes to my exercise regime that will help me lose far and build muscle. I really look forward to sessions.

I've recently completed the 8 week Transformation Course and have not only dropped a dress size as a result, but made great headway in improving my mindset around exercise and food and developing a healthier lifestyle. Danielle is super friendly and approachable but also knowledgeable and really makes the effort to provide individually tailored advice. Like many, I have a busy job, and making time for exercise can be a challenge. The Ascend On Demand workout video content has really helped and meant no excuses! I've found that there's a great range and when I'm not feeling up to a HIIT workout, the strength and mobility sessions provide an equally effective workout. Danielle is really good at explaining and demonstrating the exercises to achieve maximum results. It's not a case of struggling to keep up or getting confused by hard to follow directions as I've found from other products that I'd tried previously. I'd be lying if I said my journey so far with Ascend had been easy, but it's definitely enabled sustainable results and improved my thought processes, helping me achieve better physical and mental health. I 100% recommend Ascend Personal Training.

I have trained with Danielle for a number of years now, initially along with a friend but in the last few years on a one to one basis. I have witnessed how she has honed her skills to provide a truly personal training approach, combining knowledge she has gained from various training courses. Each session takes into account the individuals goals and your weak areas. Your programme is updated every 4 weeks and even over the 4 weeks you progress each exercise as you become stronger. I love the variety of exercises and coming away from my session feeling in a great mood however tough my day has been. I have been impressed how I can turn up with a muscle niggle or injury and she will quickly adapt my programme to accommodate it or use Kinstretch techniques to alleviate it. I've also recently joined the on demand programme which enables me to train at home at a time to suit me. Danielle has filmed detailed videos of each session and adds great new content every month taking into account her clients feedback. I can highly recommend training with Danielle - you won't regret it!
