    The team (Chris, Harry and Ethan) at the fitness suite are very knowledgeable and supportive and are totally committed to helping you achieve your goals whatever they are. Following a previous major health scare several years ago. I had become very unfit and pilled on the pounds due to focusing on getting my health back on track. In November I contacted Chris and following my initial consultation I started training with Ethan a Junior however, very competent and knowledgeable instructor. They tailored my program to my specific needs and requirements. Broke down every task and exercise and explained how and why we do it that way. With the help and support of the team and with my determination and hardwork within 3-4 months of training with Ethan I have lost 3 and a half stone while gaining muscle and strength and substantially increase my fitness levels and have since maintained my current weight which is what I was aiming for. I highly recommend the guys to anyone wishing to accomplish their fitness goals. Keep up the amazing work guys and although my time with you is coming to an end. I promise I'll keep in touch.

    I Enjoyed my session with Ethan. He listened to my goals and gave me a variety of exercises to develop the areas I wanted. He showed me good demonstrations, explaining the correct technique and the muscle groups each exercise would work. Thank you for a great session Ethan.

    Very impressed that Ethan has managed to get me moving, after retiring Ive become very unfit. Unable to walk more than 100 yards without needing to rest Im hopeful that things can only get better! Very reassured by their ethos, its not all about 6 packs and body building. I did ache the day after my second session but was amazed at what I managed to achieve, things can only get better! I would recommend The Fitness Suite to anyone of any age or fitness, thank you

    Would highly recommend !! Been having a couple of personal training sessions a week with these guys for around 5 months now and their knowledge and advice , their varied but complete training programmes and their dietary advice has left me looking and feeling great , lost a couple of inches off the waist , gained muscle mass and can now get into smaller training tops!
