Noticed an issue with a wheelchair supplied by them (manufacturing fault) call them Tuesday at 4pm replacement delivered the following lunchtime great customer service

Brought a mobility scooter just over a year ago and everything was great but, then the scooters seat started to come apart at the seams. As the scooter had a 2-year warranty I contacted customer support who asked me to send them photos of the seat, which I did. I have now sent another two emails and they have both been ignored. I will send one more email informing them I will contact their CEO, if I still get ignored by this company, I will purchase a new seat for my scooter and send them the invoice. If that does not get paid I will go straight to the small claims court. You only find out how good a company is when things go wrong, and my opinion of this company it shouldn't be trading if they treat their customers like they're treating me. Anyone can send boxes out to customers and they do that quite well but, what they don't do is treat their customers with respect. Quick enough to take my money and if they can't fulfil the 2-year warranty they shouldn't have taken my money in the first place. If I could give a 0 stars review I would.

I bought a used electric wheelchair from this internet supplier.It arrived quickly in very good working condition.Its weight is more than I had expected and my Wife has found the joystick needs a lot of pressure to work well.But compared to other companies we hope it will prove a good value purchase.

if i could give the company a zero i would . broken scooter on delivery rude customer service emails say one thing phone calls say different toke 48 hours to pick up scooter 1 man team husband help carry and load then informed me it needed 2 man 7.5 ton forklift and wouldnt be delivered for 3 days when the 2nd turned up it was on a 7.5 ton forklift but at the front behind the cabin forklift unable to get too and only 1 man delivery so my husband had to help remove side covers or the hgv and lift the scooter and plate off with the delivery lad who was amazing with it. unfortunately the customer service is shocking in on 5thay i was promised a 19.99 refund after 13 email to and from the company with no refund hitting paypal i toke out a case on the 8th may with PayPal request of 19.99 like promised but not received. to my shock on the 9th may i received a email saying a refund could not done due to a open case with paypal and could i close the case i. after telling them no due to them failing i received a paypal refund on the 10th of may . stay clear dont use them
