Outstanding! Really pleased with the service received from start to finish, couldn't recommend them enough. From the initial enquiry to the finished product - totally faultless. We chose Karndean character oak LVT which gives a really warm rustic feel to our newly renovated kitchen/diner - not sharing photo's as it's not finished and doesn't do the floor justice! Stuart is a real star and helped us through when we had hiccups with the build, Mike was amazing, a real professional in his trade and went the extra mile to ensure the floor was fitted correctly. I found Stewart in the store friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He spent a lot of time helping us choose the floorings. His work force were equally competent. The young lady, Daisy, who fitted both bathroom floorings was very precise and had an eye for detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Future flooring gave me very helpful advice for my new bathroom flooring and colour. I felt comfortable giving them the key to my home whilst I was away. I would definately recommend their services!

We had bought carpet and other floor coverings elsewhere for a lengthy period of time. However, we felt that service and attention to detail had slipped so had a shop around for our next order (Karndean). George came to measure and took great care and showed greater expertise than other potential suppliers who came out to measure. He also took time to communicate clearly to us. The price was competitive. Stuarts admin was first class and he always did what he said he would do. Mike was careful and skilful in his installation work. I wish we had had the benefit of his expertise in previous installations! First class service from everyone and recommended without reservation.
