        Ordered 3 samples on the website which did not turn up. Ordered them again and still no show. Asked the carpet shop to order them and didnt show for them either. Not cheap carpets for such poor service.

        Chose three carpet samples - they never came so had to go back to the carpet shop to get their showroom samples. Ordered carpet on about 8th November and our carpet shop gave us a fitting date of 2nd December. Then on 15th. November we were told that Telenzo had moved their delivery date such that our fitting date would be 11th December but with no guarantee!! The result is we may not have a carpet in our main living room for our family get-together at Christmas! A phonecall direct to Telenzo UK confirmed that they were not prepared to give any delivery guarantee for the carpet.
