Purchased a 2.4 roman blind kit from Arcadia Textiles. It came in pieces, loose in the box. Velcro for top of one blind missing and no instructions on use. No response from company after 2 emails. Blind kit works ok but not as good as the 15 safety blind kits I purchased from another online company. The chain is too long but has to be because of the plastic joint (it keeps popping apart when drawing up the blind). The blind is stiff to pull up but ok to let down. I will not be buying any more.

This is the first time I have used Arcadia. I had two Roman Blinds made using my own fabric. I received the blinds yesterday they have only taken two weeks to be made. I am really pleased with the quality of the blinds and also the speedy return. Thank you Arcadia I will definitely use you again.

Cannot fault the Roman blinds I had made out of fabric that I sent to Arcadia textiles. From sending to receiving item back made was less than two weeks, the quality is perfect and the costs reasonable. Will use again for sure

Excellent quality Roman blinds at very competitive prices. Using my own fabric. Very helpful service. I would highly recommend.
