        I have just completed my Level 3 Reflexology training, Mel is the most amazing kind and patient trainer Ive had. She is so knowledgeable and taught me everything I need to know to deliver treatments to my clients successfully. Thanks again Mel I loved the course and would highly recommend

        I have so far had two Kinetic Chain Release sessions with Mel. I immediately felt so much better. I have been walking more confidently and not losing my balance as much. Pain and discomfort has eased in my joints and my general wellbeing has improved. Thank you so much Mel See you soon!

        After throughly enjoying my pregnancy massage with Mel last year (highly recommend), I returned 4 months postpartum for Full Body Swedish massage. Mel is lovely, puts you at ease and shares lots of helpful tips and tricks to further aid recovery at home. I left feeling so much more relaxed and I'm already noticing a difference in my posture. Much needed 'Me Time', can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you Mel x
