So much for trying to be the pioneers of workplace safety when they have zero safety in their own place of work. Also I had been working around polyurethane for 6 months without any safety equipment, when asked they told me not to worry and that it was totally safe but as soon as the HSE officer arrived they had me in PPE from head to toe; why wasn't this done from the start. Furthermore the products they make are horrendous and look like a child has made them, that's how bad they are. Most of the products don't even work like they should, I seen a forklift driver hit one of their award winning bollards and it flew out of the ground like a ballistic missile, increasing the chance of a serious injury. Also management will break you down until you have zero moral left, that's how they like it. 99% of new starters don't last beyond the first day, that's saying something. They only like you if you smell of incontinence or sweat. This company needs investigating for the amount of waste plastic it produces which currently cant be recycled.

Well considering my son worked his socks off in his first job the total disregard for poeple and there feelings makes me think if your looking for a job here don't. It's a low paid sweatshop with total disregard for its workers.
