Please call at least 24 hours prior for cancellations, otherwise 50% fee may be charged. Unfortunately, it only works one way as I booked an appointment for my 5-year-old daughter a week ago. She has been waiting impatiently for this appointment for the whole week and woke up at 7 to be there for 9:30 on Saturday morning on the 29th of May. Sadly, when we turned up a lovely lady inside announced that her colleague had rung sick. Poor girl, Bank Holiday with fantastic weather for the first time in months. I wish she gets well soon. Unfortunately, they forgot to call me and cancel. When I asked the girl if she could at least trim my daughters fringe as it would only take 5 minutes of her time she kindly replied NO! Fortunately, the lady from the salon next door the owner of the salon called, I believe 69, kindly offered to do it. Thank you for that!!!!! What a gesture of good will! I was desperate to pay her and she refused. She was also busy with clients inside. But, she actually cares about her clients or potential clients. Olivias hair: awful experience with unprofessional amateurs who do not care or do not now how to attract customer and are not aware that word of the mouth is more important than fake 5 stars reviews.
