I called in the afternoon to buy some sleepers. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly. It turned out that they had a planned delivery near my location that day and within 2 hours I had the timber sitting in my garden.
I know that some of this was just luck and fortuitous timing but even so, the driver was very friendly and helped me quickly get the sleepers into my garden so he didn't block the road.
My overall experience with this company was short but incredibly good.
