        Turned up on site after purchasing our old fire extinguisher service company FM Fire Protection. Apparently the owner died and they bought his customer details. Here 5 minutes and condemned all fire extinguishers saying that if we purchased new ones from them they would waiver there fee. Received a bill next day for 50.70 even though we had no contract with them as it was with the previous owner. Seems they are out to scam people into buying new extinguishers and signing a new contract. No surprise that we questioned the bill. We have now received a Notice of Assignment to a debt management company! ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ****

        Too busy expanding their bussines and lost sight of the service they should be offering. It's taken over 6 weeks to get a Fire Alarm service and since my initial enquiry I have had all the excuses given to me about delays booking the appointment, losing the service paperwork in the post, computer system can only produce the certificate automatically within 24hrs (48hrs later still waiting). Since Euro Fire Ltd was taken over by LW Safety, they have lost that personal service & care to it's customers.
