Awful experience with this company. Took our van with a head gasket issue, once dissembled we were advised it required new pistons and sleeves. These took several weeks to arrive and were duly fitted. During the test drive we were advised the engine threw a rod. All this the engineer allegedly fixed. The van was returned to us whereupon we noticed the temperature gauge continued to go up and the engine would overheat, we also noticed it spitting coolant out of the expansion tank, which smoked. We returned this van to the garage 3 (three) times. Each time it was returned to us with assurances that it was working perfectly. Finally, with the same problem we returned it and were told the block must have been cracked before we took it in the first time and they wouldn't do any further work on it until we paid to have the engine sent away to see if the block was cracked. This would be in excess of 1000 with no guarantee it was cracked. We wouldn't see that money again. Overall, they went from being very happy to have our business and money to refusing to take responsibility for any resulting problems and washing their hands of us. If I could give 0 I would. They've cost us time and money. Definitely do not recommend . Actually warn you to stay away. PS. Van now working after being repaired by a responsible mechanic.

We have used feather-diesel a number of times now and from the first time we contacted them we have found their service excellent. From making the first initial phone call as an example, our injectors have been collected the following day and sometimes back the day after or at the worst the day after that. The staff on the phone are very helpful and the drivers are great that come to collect the injectors and then deliver either yours back or new ones. We would definitely recommend this company. Keep up the good work and once again thank you for you excellent and helpful service.

Sent 4 injectors in for testing as they had been picked up in diagnostics for over- fueling, feathers confirmed this to be the case and provided 4 brand new injectors matching genuine quality at a fraction of the price of the same unit from the dealer. Once we fitted the injectors, we was having issues with coding which we believed to be the fault of aftermarket tooling, so we took the vehicle to our local main dealer who were also unsuccessful at coding the injectors however, after a trip to their workshop feathers were able to correctly code the injectors and get the vehicle running as it should within the hour. Couldn't recommend this company enough
