DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SURGERY!!! Theyre rude arrogant and some of the actual dentist practitioners are absolutely shocking, I know many of people who have been butchered by these including myself! I went for a filling got told by the dentist that shes gonna pull it because I might still receive pain which I was already crapping myself because of previous experiences there, so I went along and for 20 minutes she attempted to pull my tooth twisting pulling and anyone whos had a tooth pulled before knows it usually takes 5 minutes so I already thought whats going on, and then in the middle of pulling my tooth out! She decides to do an X-ray in which then she sees she was unable to pull the tooth, and then proceeds to tell me how shes snapped my tooth ( clean in half ) but Im still going to have to go home and wait to be referred to a specialist. I was in AGONY for atleast 5 weeks couldnt eat anything but soup for 3 weeks because how how swollen and sore and bruised and cut she had left my mouth! So then a few months later I go to my referral yes a few months youd think they would get me in straight away after the state she left me in but no, anyway so I went to my referral in which the specialist took an X-ray and the first thing he said was did she take an X-ray before hand in which I replied no because she didnt, he said I can tell because if she would have taken an X-ray before attempting to pull the tooth she would of seen she had no way of getting it out, because the specialist said himself I have 1 in a million roots theyre extra long and extra strong, so there was no way on this planet she would of been able to remove the tooth! But he even said even if she was able to pull the tooth an X-ray should of been done before hand, so its very unprofessional and if the dentist had done her job properly in the first place I wouldnt have been left in such agony for as long as I was. Just want to warn all of you before anyone joins them and instantly regrets it because you will.

Terrible practice, reception are rude and ill-informed. Won't be going here again. If your from Greetland, don't bother, go further afield.

Consistency over who I saw became issue here, I have been using this dentist a child. Dr Saleem is great however seems interested only in private patients now, I ended up seeing what seem to be dentists fresh from Uni which didn't inspire confidence. However I have being seeing Fatima on my last few visits who has been fantastic she is friendly and patient which is what you want when visiting a dentist.
