We purchased SawnVensuro for our garden patio, which according to their website "meets the highest standards of style and durability". It was installed by an accredited installer. The brochure has a useful section on how to clean various types of stain from the stone BUT no mention of water stains. Within a week we were left with an ugly white ring where a large pot had been (see photograph). We have had many large pots over the years for growing plants and small fruit bushes but never encountered this. On contacting Marshalls technical services and sending a photograph they could suggest nothing other than contacting the company which supplies the cleaning materials. They too had no solution. I am amazed that a company with such a reputation have no idea about such a phenomenon. I searched the Internet for answers and eventually came across 3 which provided solutions - and how to determine whether it is a stain or an etch and appropriate actions to take. All three concluded that potted plants should not be placed on our type of patio. Had I known this I would obviously have chosen a different surface. We are due to have another patio, path and drive installed in the new year- we will certainly be keeping clear of Marshalls products.

Terrible customer service & delivery. We purchased 5 packs of Marshalls veneer walling packs & associated coping stones (1450). These packs are sold complete with the primer & adhesive. On unpacking the contents we discovered only 1ltr can of primer & it was out of date. We contacted our building merchants to advise that the quantity of primer wasnt sufficient to cover 14m2 surface & was out of date. After mumourous phone calls & false promises (including 1hour long conversation with your technical support dept detailing what your own installation data sheets recommendations are on the priming requirements) we were again promised that additional in date primer would be sent promptly. The walling construction has now been stopped for 2 weeks due to incompetent customer services- not delivering anything but false promises. We did plan to use Marshalls products on 3 further patios & paving projects but would be very reluctant to purchase any more Marshalls products due to your shambolic customer services - at your premium rates.
