Spritz-me

I bought a group on for Natalie's Nails which I understood/assumed was based in this salon. After trapsing around Elland, I now realise this is a fake company or has closed down (even though the Groupon deal is still being advertised)! I have complained to Groupon and am currently awaiting a refund.

Avoid this place and pay attention to the other reviews online,I wish I had. Spritz Cancelled my appointment four hours before I was due to attend. Offered me 'no other appointments available for the weekend' (It was Tues and I wasn't booked in for a weekend appointment.) I planned my day around this and wish now I had booked somewhere else instead. Upon reading the other reviews it seems it is not a one off from this place. I was looking forward to the first bit of 'me time' in a long while after a really grim year. Very upset and disappointed to have what should have been a lovely day ruined.

My daughter had an appointment here today and when she arrived the salon was closed and had been for some time according to neighbouring shops. They didn't even bother to let her know! If you have a booking here please call to check it is valid as I understnd the company is no longer trading
