        Absolutely hopeless company. Phone is permanently engaged and they don't answer emails. Aldi has farmed out servicing of its 'Easy Home' air purifier to them - I'm taking this up with Aldi

        No idea who they use to deliver or collect damaged goods, 4 attempts to collect from the wrong address because apparently its inconceivable to expect a basement flat to be down the stairs. Delivery of repaired goods requested for AM this morning now 16.45 and still no sign another wasted day. JTM I suggest you change your courier service they are making you look bad.
