This Company knowingly filled my 3 underground tanks when they failed their recent tests. They then took 2 weeks to deliver, overcharged me then lied to me saying they had repaired them but didnt. A truly disgraceful outfit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am sorry to give one star to calorgas distributors, we have been customers for ten years with a bulk tank, apart from the occasional mishap the services have been good,until now we were sent a text to say delivery would be made on the 22nd January did not arrive,my wife has made numerous attempts to contact calor waiting some considerable time for the call to be answered, a couple of calls were made being informed that we are down for delivery as urgent but could not be told when, our table % reading isn't registered anymore zero + we are both in our 70s and getting very stressed, I don't expect to receive any reply to this,on todays performance Kevin Johnson

40 minutes on hold, every time I call to order gas. Then, when you do get through your quoted 4 weeks delivery. Apparently they have been having unprecedented volume of calls for 3 years!! Ill be finding another supplier.

We've used this Calor Gas depot for several years and always found them to be excellent. In lockdown they understandably wouldn't let you collect - but offered free delivery instead, even for individual bottles. When I phoned for a replacement bottle last week they told me they still aren't open for collection even though most shops etc. are more or less back to normal. However they have now stopped delivering below a minimum value - so basically you are now unable to get individual bottles from them at all. Hopefully at some point they'll reopen for collection - but in the meantime I've had to find an alternate supplier.
