        I have used this twice now, I love that I can personalise each box and select the day for delivery. I did have an issue with one of the boxes which was not delivered on time but this was not the fault of BoxTree and they were great at getting back to me to find out what had happened (turned out the local lockdown had just delayed delivery). Both recipients of the boxes have said that they love them and I'll definitely be using them again!
