        I actually think this practice is very good! Receptionists are very lovely and helpful! And always have fitted me and my children in if its been urgent. I love that you can do econsults now! Yes in the mornings when it opens it can be tricky to get through but thats not their fault. I did have one issue with a Dr but wont put details in here, I highly recommend them.

        You can never get an appointment although you ring at 830 and call for over 2 hours..not good.

        The sole reason for a 3 star is due to the waiting hour. This is the third occasion where Ive waited for more than 30 mins to see a gp (even though it looked like there were no patients ahead of me!) Everything else is fine.

        Im yet to consult with a GP who listens to me instead of focusing on taking me off medications without good clinical justification. The one I saw this morning repeatedly talked over me and actually Googled what meds a consultant put me on looking for reasons not to prescribe them. Totally unhelpful approach. Triggers anxiety and now in an awful state. Left the surgery without a fresh script of needed medications.
