We have been with them a very long time. We had to unfortunately put one ofcour dogs to sleep. Louise the vet was amazing in such a hard time. She went the extra , a soft blanket ready and a box of tissues. She allowed us the time we needed and never rushed us . She explained things and what to expect . They even offered a paw print. Michelle at reception is the perfect person to meet first. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Michelle always sorts things out for me and is great with my fur babies. She was great today, she didn't need formalities and was supportive. Thank you to both for making a difficult time a bit less distressing.

My dog Luke was so wonderfully looked after here. The reception team are so friendly and put you at ease. The nursing staff and vet were also wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could. A deeply caring veterinary practice, with reasonable pricing and a wonderful relaxing approach for stressed doggies and owners. Thank you all so much.

Always happy with Millcroft, can't say my dog is as enthusiastic about visiting unfortunately.
