Rang to rent a van, after 20mins of speaking to them and repeatedly being put on hold I was eventually told they had no availability! Surely you need to tell your customers that in the first instance! Shocking customer service. [Edited the review] Thanks for confirming the reason for the delay. I understand mistakes do happen and I appreciate your response.
