Gave a glowing report about the doctors dome weeks ago, but I now have to update my review regarding the appointment procedure, forever on hold , no 17 in the queue, 30 mins later no 15 in queue, have actually looked through the window of the surgery to find no one at reception and still no 13 in the queue. Turn up am to get appointment and told phone ip at 0800 next day. Do that and your no 17 in the queue, never ending saga. Utter garbage booking arrangements, but I'm only suffering from post operative cancer problems, obviously not serious enough to get an appointment any time soon.

On hold for an hour and a half, got to number 1 in the queue and the phone was put down

They provide little to no actual NHS support, purposely split repeat prescriptions up so you ate unable to obtain your medication inline with your previously advised treatment and they do not apologise, they do not see people - they are the worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune of being under, sadly they hold a monopoly of the surrounding area- so you are forced to use them

This must be the worst surgery in the country. I tried everyday for a month to get an appointment with a doctor, for my husband, but failed. He saw 2 healthcare assistants who diagnosed constipation. I couldnt get an ambulance or see a CHOC doctor so he died from kidney and heart failure. Beech house have never contacted me to apologise.
