All good. Easy to order process, good choice of window styles to choose from at the Egremont showroom. Pleasant and professional service from all of the staff from Cumberland Windows. On site fitting of the windows was trouble free. Very competent service from the site fitting team. Very respectful of our property during the fit out. Hoovered the working areas prior to leaving. Very satisfied with the fitting. Overall, a good experience. I would use Cumberland Windows again for any future window or conservatory fitting.

I thought the owner was rather arrogant and rude. I went to ask for a quote for a bathroom window. With the intention of replacing a further 15 windows and 2 doors after Christmas. His reply was, as you can see, we are really busy( while hand gesturing to paperwork in his desk) if you are serious then go home and measure up yourself and then we may come out and do a survey. I went home and immediately found another company who couldnt be more helpful. Mr D Farrah, I would not give you a penny. And you just missed out on a big sale. Ps. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I cant post the review if I give it zero.

I was impressed and delighted with the service offered by Cumberland Windows. The personal nature of all aspects of their work - from initial visit and design to the final completion of the work - was very welcome. The two fitters worked diligently and competently through the hottest two days Cumbria has had in 2022 - without complaint or slacking of pace. The windows and doors are of the highest quality and the fitting was wonderful, tidy and completed to the highest standard. The chaps cleared up all the debris and maintained a brisk, professional manner throughout the three days they were in the house. I cannot praise Cumberland Windows and their team highly enough! I shall be recommending the company to everyone who expresses a wish for new windows. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!

Absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors from Dominic and his team. From the day we met Dominic to the day it was all fitted we were kept totally up to date, the boys were very professional and cleaned everything up leaving absolutely no mess. I am very impressed and would certainly recommend this company. Thank you Cumberland Windows
