        Can't speak highly enough of Noel & his yoga classes. I've been trying to find a class that suits me for a while and this is brilliant. Great variety of levels in each stage for all different ability levels and plenty of challenge too, plus super relaxing and fun.

        I recently finished my 4th class with Noel and have to say I am loving them! He has a great style with teaching the class - especially as theres as much focus on the breath as the movement. Would certainly recommend if youre local and looking for a class.
