        Feel guilty for not leaving a review sooner as I have been coming here for probably 5 years+. I have seen quite a few members of the team but mainly seen by Bradley Dickson over the last year and had my first session with Oscar Searle today. Bradley was fantastic and got me from being in constant pain to a place where I was back at the gym regularly and feeling fit again. Due to my own laziness I'm back to a place of discomfort hence returning today to get back on track. Oscar is professional and brings a calm confidence that set me at ease immediately. He explained everything he did during the session with the perfect amount of detail so I felt informed but not overwhelmed. I have complete faith that I will get back to great health with Oscars help and would have the same confidence with any member of the team at Synergy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

        I was training for my first half marathon and in true novice fashion managed to get injured during training. I booked an appointment to talk through what I needed to do and if it was going to be possible to make the half as I only had 4 weeks to train and recover. Firstly, I found the staff at Synegy extremely welcoming and professional when arranging the appointments and when I arrived. My appointment was with Ben Marsh who I found to be extremely professional, thorough and who gave me the confidence and exercises I needed to do in order to complete the race. Once the appointment was done, Ben personally checked in on progress throughout my final training and really helped me through it. Thank you team for helping me complete my first half marathon!
