I went in to get the bracelet of my watch adjusted. Service was quick, polite, and reasonably priced. I was even able to get another small adjustment after the fact free of charge when I ended up being slightly wrong about what needed doing. Thank you!

Friendly enough staff but have now been left with a watch that's full of moisture and no longer working after a battery change. Went back and had the moisture removed but it's come back and now the watch isn't working at all.

It sounds like it's company policy to not allow cutting of keys that aren't brought from Timpsons, I'm not a fan of it.
