        Called to get an estimated cost for their services. Asked for a care home near SW15 and the telephone person was unable to tell me which home would be closest to that postcode. Hopefully their systems in the homes are more up to date. I went on to ask for an APPROXIMATE cost for care per week, month or year and they weren't able to tell me that either. All in all, not very helpful.

        Rectory court is like a home from home I have been really impressed by the care and attention the team give residents. Furthermore I see the same team members week in week out which is highly unusual in the care sector. The rates maybe higher than others but you can see the difference as soon as you walk through the front doors.
