Egham Post Office And Vape Store

I have used this post office for a number of years and I can confidently say that the staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. I used the post office a lot to post international parcels as part of an ebay shop and the team are always happy to advise on rates and postage options.

Try to avoid this Post Office if possible. The staff certainly knows how to make things complicated. She wouldn't accept a package which I've had labelled. She refused to listen or look at the emailed I could have showed her. Instead she kept saying "this is not the right way." I've sent off packages at other Post Office the same way and there were no problems at all. As long as it is within the validity period - which she would have seen if she had just scanned the QR code. She was so stubborn, adamant with her own way and unhelpful. So disappointing. But it's alright I can still arrange for collection by Royal Mail as it is now Free.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. The female assistant in the shop section is also very helpful and and friendly - helped me out on several occasions.
