Magnet Kitchens

Extremely happy with our kitchen and the service we received. Tallulah is particularly good. We would definitely choose Magnet in Egham again.

We are thrilled with our experience with Magnet in Egham. We worked mostly with Tallulah and she is exceptional - very patient, professional, kind and efficient. We were offered attentive and friendly service from the outset by everyone at Magnet in Egham. We had to make multiple changes to our kitchen as construction on our house progressed and when we changed our minds but they accommodated us without any fuss or delay. Everything was precise and accurate. We are ecstatic with our new kitchen. It works incredibly well and looks beautiful. It's exactly what we asked for. Thanks Tallulah and Hannah!

After getting a quote from a competitor I heard Magnet offered fantastic kitchens - I walked in and explained that i am looking to get a kitchen done in the next 4 weeks - I was told to look around, and advise if I like anything, she then walked off and offered an older couple drinks, maybe I am too young to buy a kitchen or I was not dressed appropriately to consider spending my money on a kitchen. For some reason I felt belittled and not welcome, I had a wonder round and walked out without a word mentioned. If you walk down the street further you will find another kitchen shop (no name needed) - when you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The 2 stars is based on the service provided to me at the time and not based on the kitchens, which I am sure if you are elite enough to be offered one you will hopefully be happy.

Went back in February/March time to look for a new kitchen for my flat. I was seen by someone fairly quickly and started looking around. I discussed what I was looking for and my budget and she said she'll book me in for an appointment to discuss designs for the following weekend. This was all noted down by the lady and I assumed it would be remembered or worked on before the appointment On the follow up appointment, it was someone new involved, despite the original woman being there and he had no knowledge of what I wanted from previous discussions. I spent 2 hours designing to be given a kitchen quoted at double the budget I told them. He looked confused, evidently as no one passed that information to him which resulted in a waste of time. After this, he said he'd send the plans across as there's always changes that can be made and budgets can stretch and items can be removed however this never happened. Instead I was added to their marketing list but no contact since. I've since got the kitchen done with a competitor for much cheaper and better than the design they gave. Wouldn't recommend Magnet
