Customer service at the establishment is terrible. Misquoted a price for them not to honour it, even though it was in writing. On collection of documents, receptionist ignored me very unprofessional experience overall.

If you are looking for a solicitor to sell a properly, I simply cant recommend Rachel at Horne Engall & Freeman enough. I was recommended Rachel by someone who sold their flat with her in the same block and she didnt disappoint. I unfortunately decided to sell my flat at the wrong time (this was due to personal circumstances) - cladding concerns after the tragic Grenfell, Covid so a mainline station to London wasnt desirable like it used to be and then the cost of living crisis and mortgage rates soaring (so this ruled out a lot of first time buyers)! Due to this perfect storm, selling my flat was very long winded however Rachel did not give me. Rachel spent a long time chasing and pushing for the sale to be wrapped up. She was also very personable, understanding and helped get me through this stressful time! Thank you to Rachel and the team at Horne Engall & Freeman

I would be happy to recommend this firm. Doug helped me with a complex, drawn-out "Land Option" which was successfully concluded in June. Helpful and efficient office staff too.
