3 years on after paying for a xray and a check up and being told they would remove the wisdom tooth half of it fell out on its own today

AVOIDDDD I believe that I don't know how to express all my frustration in these new employees that exist in this MY DENTIST. From the reception to the dentist, the unwillingness to serve and do the best for the patient. A dentist (Nety not sure if this is her name) left my six year old son with anesthetic in the mouth for 15 minutes waiting at reception which should have been only 5 minutes with anesthesia. My son bit his whole mouth, obviously not feeling what he was doing, so in the end she said she couldn't help him anymore because he had bitten his whole mouth inside. Her patience with a child was zero. And today he needs an urgent care because he feels a lot of pain in his tooth, the two receptionist who attended me said she would call me again because it would have to do with the dentist if there was a need to see my son. And worst of all, she didn't call me again to give me a position. Very bad employees, I miss the employees who had in 2012 to 2016 in this consultancy. Really dont care if it is a NHS treatment

Annette my dentist was very thorough with my dental treatment at every stage and I would highly recommend Egham Dentistry.
