        Your Extortion Team are trying to screw me out of nearly 10k for your defective car claiming we crashed it! We would have noticed if we crashed it don't you think? The car had full insurance and we did nothing to it before it broke down. You have no proof that we damaged the car - because we didn't do it. So instead you are trying to threaten and bully us into paying through threatening letters from solicitors trying to get a settlement. Why don't you put that on your advertising?
