        I've been staying at Meadsbank numerous times during the last 3 years, and it has always been a perfect stay. House is in a very quiet street, just nearby the main street and at 15 from the Uni by walk. The place is lovely and comfy with everything you need in the room (kettle, cutlery, bottle of water, biscuits...). The room for the breakfast is very nice, and you can help yourself tea, coffee, bread, croissant, yogurt, fruits and even homemade jam. Aileen, the owner, comes every morning for a quite a chat and make sure everything is alright. She is also very accommodating, once my plane back home had been cancelled and re-scheduled for the next day, and Aileen offered me to stay overnight without charging me. Being far away from home is never easy, but while staying at Meadsbank I had the feeling of being at home and I enjoyed every time I was there. I strongly recommend this place!
