when I first met Andrea, I had a tight muscle on the right hand side of my right foot, this has gone. both my lower back and neck were also very stiff, this for the most part has also cleared up. others have asked me about the the cost and are sceptical about the benefits. well all I can say, its the best best money I have spent. My wife has also noticed just how chilled out I am these days. would recommend Andrea to anyone. After initially trying reflexology as an adjunct therapy for my arthritic pain, I have found its benefits go much further. During my one hour monthly sessions with Andrea, I often experience complete relaxation and am at one within myself. This feeling of relaxation can last for days afterwards and in turn helps with my pain management. Andreas care, compassion and dedication to her passion as a reflexology therapist is outstanding.

Over the last few months I have had several treatments of Reflexology with Andrea with excellent results for my Rhuematoid arthritis and general well being. The treatments are soothing and very relaxing helping with stress and sleep. I can thoroughly recommend her. Lynn

I have monthly treatments with Andrea to keep me re-balanced and love the peace and tranquility that hour of quiet 'Me' time gives me to recharge. I recently had a bout of sciatica and 2 treatments 2 days apart, stopped the pain and gave me my mobility back! Thank you so much and see you again soon!
